    Stage 3 of the Re-Opening

    Here’s a pre-planning guide,

    • Online pre-registration for an event is mandatory. Staff at Calabogie MotorSports Park will not accept cash at the site.  Please visit our website for further details on how to register.
    • Pre-signing of the “Release of Liability Waiver” is mandatory prior to arriving at the track. This should have already been provided to you after registration.
    • Face-to-face Drivers Meetings have resumed. Please ensure you are wearing a mask/face covering and are physical distancing.
    • As Calabogie MotorSports Park is a restricted and private facility, access will be restricted to individuals with spectators passes only. Calabogie MotorSports Park is restricting spectator access to 25% of it’s capacity.
    • Non-participants or guests are welcome to attend the event with you however, they must have signed the same waiver as was sent to you. If they have not signed the waiver, they will be denied access at the gate, no exceptions.
    • Please come to the track prepared with hand sanitizer, mask/face covering and any other necessities you might require to restrict the spread of Covid-19.
    • Turn 21, our onsite store and fuel, will be open for most event days. We do sell water, coffee, snacks, ice, etc. There will be a two-person maximum in the store at any time.  Visa or Debit payment only.  We will not be accepting cash.  Mask/face covering is mandatory when in the store.
    • Food service is available at the Paddock Eatery. Breakfast and lunch are available starting at 7:30 AM on most event days.
    • Please ensure you are respecting Physical Distancing of 6 feet or more. When 6 feet of physical distancing cannot be achieved, mask/face covering is mandatory.
    • There are to be no gatherings of more than 25 people.

    What should I expect?

    • You will be greeted at the front gate by one of our gate staff. Please provide your name for them to verify that you have pre-signed the “Release of Liability”. This should have been sent to you.  You will also be provided with a wristband to indicate that you have signed the waiver. 

     

    • At present, Calabogie MotorSports Park is maintaining restricted access to the track and facility. Guests are welcome to attend provided they have pre-signed the “Release of Liability” that the participant should have shared with them.

     

    • There is a limited number of spectators permitted to be onsite. All visitors to the site must complete the “Release of Liability”.  Spectators will be provided with a wristband that indicates they are a spectator and not permitted on track or in pitlane.
    • Our paddock area is very large, please space yourself accordingly to ensure you can respect the physical distancing of six feet or more. When 6 feet of physical distancing cannot be achieved, mask/face covering is mandatory.

    • Sound Testing remains mandatory prior to be granted access to the track, please ensure you review our Sound Testing Rules & Procedures posted on our website under the “Rules” Section.
    • Passengers will be permitted for individuals that are signed-off to be solo on the track. In-car coaching is also permitted.  Both windows will need to be down at all times.
    • Washrooms are open. Washrooms are restricted to 2 persons at a time.  Mask or face covering is mandatory when in the washrooms.
    • There are to be no gatherings of more than 25 people.
    • Please respect the safety of yourself, our staff and others as we all work together to make the most of your event.

     

    New for 2021 - Paddock Eatery will be available for breakfast and lunch, takeout only, located by Building 3 ( near podium / white tent ) 

    During or Post event   

    If during the event you are feeling unwell or become symptomatic, please consult with someone from the Track Office for “next step” procedures.  The Track Office can be reached at 613-752-1252 or via email, info@calabogiemotorsports.com.  If you are feeling unwell within a few days of the event, again, please advise the Track Office.

    Overnight Rules ( when permitted )

    • Overnight stay is restricted to designated paved areas of the Main Paddock.
    • Individuals staying overnight are required to observe quiet times between the hours of 8:00 PM and 7:30 AM. Excessive noise could result in offenders being removed from the facility.

    Calabogie Motorsports Park is open between the hours of 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM on an Event Day.
