Track Rules

Calabogie MotorSports Park has been working with the Province and Renfrew County and District Health Unit on opening after the Stay at Home Order is lifted on June 2nd.  Our season will begin on June 4th and we will be open to participants only.  There are to be no gatherings of more than 5 when on site and when social distancing isn’t possible, a mask is mandatory.  There will be no public access and only pre-registered participants will be permitted to be onsite.  

We are very excited to get our season underway and look forward to seeing you trackside at Calabogie MotorSports Park.

 Planning to attend an event organized by Calabogie MotorSports Park?

Here’s a pre-planning guide,

  • Online pre-registration for an event is mandatory. Staff at Calabogie MotorSports Park will not accept cash at the site.  Please visit our website for further details on how to register.
  • Pre-signing of the “Release of Liability Waiver” is mandatory prior to arriving at the track. This should have already been provided to you after registration.
  • The Drivers Meeting for all events, will be completed online. You will be required to acknowledge that you have reviewed the rules.
  • As Calabogie MotorSports Park is a restricted and private facility, no spectators or public will be permitted access. We are open to participants only.
  • Please come to the track prepared with food, water, hand sanitizer and any other necessities you might require. Calabogie MotorSports Park would like to discourage unnecessary visits into the community of Calabogie in order to keep our village safe.
  • Turn 21, our onsite store and fuel, will be open for most event days. We do sell water, coffee, snacks, ice, etc. There will be a two-person maximum in the store at any time.  Visa or Debit payment only.  We will not be accepting cash.  Mask/face covering is mandatory when in the store.
  • Please ensure you are respecting Physical Distancing of 6 feet or more. When 6 feet of physical distancing cannot be achieved, mask/face covering is mandatory.
  • There are to be no gatherings of more than 5 people.

 

Event Day – Events Organized by Calabogie MotorSports Park

What should I expect?

  • You will be greeted at the front gate by one of our gate staff. Please provide your name for them to verify that you have pre-signed the “Release of Liability”. This should have been sent to you.  If you didn’t receive it, the gate attendant will provide you with a link for you to e-sign on your phone.
  • At present, Calabogie MotorSports Park is maintaining a locked gate and granting access to participants only. No guests, No spectators, No public.
  • Our paddock area is very large, please space yourself accordingly to ensure you can respect the physical distancing of six feet or more. When 6 feet of physical distancing cannot be achieved, mask/face covering is mandatory.
  • Turn 21, our onsite store and fuel, will be open for most event days. We do sell water, coffee, snacks, ice, etc. There will be a two-person maximum in the store at any time.  Visa or Debit payment only.  We will not be accepting cash.  Mask/face covering is mandatory when in the store.
  • Sound Testing remains mandatory prior to be granted access to the track, please ensure you review our Sound Testing Rules & Procedures posted on our website under the “Rules” Section.
  • When going on track, please no bunching at Pit-out. There is plenty of track and time for all.
  • NO passengers will be permitted at this time.
  • Washrooms will be open in Building 3, Building 5 and Building 6 (Corner 2). All other washrooms will be locked.  Mask/face covering is mandatory when in the washrooms.
  • There are to be no gatherings of more than 5 people.
  • Please respect the safety of yourself, our staff and others as we all work together to make the most of your event.

 

 

New for 2021 - Paddock Eatery will be available for breakfast and lunch, takeout only, located by Building 3 ( near podium / white tent ) 

During or Post event   

If during the event you are feeling unwell or become symptomatic, please consult with someone from the Track Office for “next step” procedures.  The Track Office can be reached at 613-752-1252 or via email, info@calabogiemotorsports.com.  If you are feeling unwell within a few days of the event, again, please advise the Track Office.

Overnight Rules ( when permitted )

  • Overnight stay is restricted to designated paved areas of the Main Paddock.
  • Individuals staying overnight are required to observe quiet times between the hours of 8:00 PM and 7:30 AM. Excessive noise could result in offenders being removed from the facility.

Calabogie Motorsports Park is open between the hours of 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM on an Event Day.
