The Motorsports Safety Foundation (MSF) Level 2 Coach Training Program at Calabogie Motorsports Park is now accepting applications for the 2026 season.
At CMP, driver education is more than a program — it’s a culture. Our coaching standards are built around safety, communication, and performance. The Level 2 Coach Training Program is designed for experienced drivers who want to elevate their skills and become trusted mentors in high-performance driver development.
This is not simply a certification course. It is an immersive training experience built to challenge even the most seasoned drivers and prepare them to deliver exceptional coaching from the right seat.
Our training program focuses on real-world coaching scenarios, driver development strategies, and advanced performance analysis used in professional motorsports environments.
Candidates receive direct mentorship from experienced MSF Level 3 certified instructors who have spent years developing drivers at the highest levels.
Great drivers do not automatically make great coaches. This program places a strong emphasis on communication, situational awareness, and effective driver instruction.
At CMP, safety is non-negotiable. Our training ensures every coach understands risk management, driver psychology, and responsible performance instruction.
We are looking for candidates who:
• Have strong high-performance driving experience
• Demonstrate professionalism and humility
• Are passionate about helping others improve
• Can communicate clearly and confidently
• Leave their ego at the gate and focus on client success
Our standards are intentionally high because the safety of our track and the quality of our client experience are critical.
Participants who complete the program will gain:
