RULES AND REGULATIONS for the NASCAR canada race weekend July 25 - 27, 2025

Here you will find information on Camping, Ticketing, prohibited items and more. Please read through so you are aware of the rules for this weekend.

NASCAR CAMPING POLICY

For those who prefer to camp on site and enjoy the full experience, Calabogie Motorsports provides campground access from 3pm Thursday July 24th to 6:00pm Sunday July 27th. Fans camping at the campground will have to adhere to the quiet time rules from 12.00 AM to 6.00 AM. 

  • Camping entry hours: 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Thursday, July 24th
  • Camping entry hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM on Friday, July 25th
  • Camping entry hours: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Saturday, July 26th
  • All RVs and vehicles camping are subject to search.
  • Zero noise starts at 12:00 AM until 6:00 AM each night in the campgrounds. We ask that you do not disrupt nearby campers.
  • Exit and Entry permitted in and out camping area. 
  • Spaces are set aside by the staff on a first come, first serve basis and one car and one tent or an RV can be parked/placed in this space. 
  • Campsite pricing is per-site (not per-person) 
  • Tent campsites are approximately 20’x20’ 
  • Maximum 6 people per site. 
  • Maximum 8 people per RV site.
  • Space for one (1) normal-size car on site 
  • Check out time is 6:00pm on July 27th. 
  • You must possess a Nascar ticket to be in the campground.
  • Personal Food and Beverage is permitted within the camping areas.
  • Outside alcoholic beverages are permitted in the campgrounds but must be consumed within the camping area and must follow the allowable amounts:
    • No more than two (2) bulk alcohol items per person in aluminum or plastic containers only. No glass containers of any kind.
    • One “Bulk alcohol” item is defined as:
      • One (1) case (24 cans) of beer, cooler or malt-based beverage.
      • One (1) 26 oz. container of liquor
      • One (1) 4L box of wine
    • Tall cans are permitted in place of regular-sized cans.
    • You may mix different beverages as long as the total amount doesn’t exceed the limit.
    • Glass bottles are strictly prohibited.
  • Alcoholic beverages may be consumed on individual campsites and in hospitality areas.
    Open alcohol containers are not permitted outside of designated drinking area
  • Outside alcohol is prohibited from entering main entertainment area.
  • The legal drinking age in Ontario is 19, underage drinking is strictly prohibited
  • Non Motorized transportation such as bicycles and scooters are  permitted within the camping areas.  
  • Motorized vehicles (with the exception of 1 vehicle per campsite) is not permitted in the camping zone.  
  • Pet Policy – No pets are permitted in camping zones. Service animals only with valid documentation.
  • Campers are to dispose of garbage in designated bins.
  • Leaving trash and waste unattended may attract wildlife and is prohibited.
  • Speed limit of 5km/h in camping zones to ensure guest safety.
  • Campers must stay within the guardrails of the race track and on designated paths. Leaving designated areas is prohibited.
  • Dumping grey or black water is prohibited.
  • Only licensed drivers are permitted to operate vehicles.
  • All tickets are processed online and subject to all fees and taxes.
  • NO refunds or exchanges. 
  • Smoking permitted in only designated areas, see smoking policy below.
  • Public indecency or defecation anywhere on the event grounds is prohibited. Any individual(s) found engaging in acts of public indecency or defecation will be immediately evicted from the event and festival grounds without a refund. 
  • No glass, weapons, or projectile objects are permitted on festival grounds. Any items that can be used to disturb the peace, endanger the safety of the crowd, and/or inflict damage to people and goods are strictly prohibited.  
  • Any person found to be in possession of a weapon will be subject to a criminal investigation and immediately evicted from the event and festival grounds without a refund.  
  • No open fires or flames are permitted on the grounds. 
  • Propane BBQs are permitted. No Charcoal grills.
    The Greater Madawaska Fire Department reserves the right to alter any of these guidelines based on local bans and weather conditions.  
  • No amplified sound systems on campgrounds. 
  • Unauthorized duplication or sale of ticket may prevent admittance of ticket purchaser to event. Purchase of tickets by a third party carries the risk of being fraudulent. Unless you’ve purchased your tickets from Calabogie Motorsports Park, the validity of the ticket cannot be confirmed. Ticket purchasers need to be smart about their decisions when buying third-party tickets.

NASCAR TICKET POLICY

  • Calabogie Motorsports handles it’s own ticketing through Intellitix.
  • Tickets are on sale now and are available online at  calabogiemotorsports.com/nascar-canada/
  • All tickets are processed online and subject to all fees and taxes.
  • All tickets will be emailed to customers and will be scanned at gate.
  • VIP tickets are open to all ages.
  • Parking is available on site at no additional charge.
  • Children aged 16 and under are free when accompanied by an adult.
  • NO refunds or exchanges.
  • Accepted methods of payment: MasterCard, Visa. Credit Card information should NEVER be emailed.
  • Unauthorized duplication or sale of ticket may prevent admittance of ticket purchaser to event. Purchase of tickets by a third party carries the risk of being fraudulent. 

TICKET RULES

  • Schedule is subject to change without notice.
  • Alcoholic beverages may only be consumed in designated areas.
  • Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited. 
  • The legal drinking age in Ontario is 19. Underage drinking is strictly prohibited. 
  • Glass is strictly prohibited.
  • All illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia is strictly prohibited
  • Smoking is permitted in designated smoking areas. See smoking policy below. 
  • Pets are prohibited. Service animals permitted with documentation. 

Ticket Fraud Information:

Calabogie Motorsports Park would like to remind all ticket purchasers Calabogie Motorsports the authenticity of the tickets/wristbands cannot be verified until you arrive on site. Buying tickets from a 3rd party is done at the purchaser’s own risk.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

All ticket sales are final except in the unlikely situation of a full event cancellation or postponement by Calabogie Motorsports. 

Subject to the provisions below for an event cancellation or postponement, there are NO exchanges or refunds once tickets have been purchased.

NO exchanges or refunds will be issued if a race is changed, cancelled, rescheduled or delayed for whatever reason.

NO exchanges or refunds will be issued for venue or time changes

In the unlikely event of a full cancellation or postponement, Calabogie Motorsports will offer refunds and or exchange options and time sensitive windows for such options. We will inform ticket buyers of these procedures once they become available through our website and our email database.

Calabogie Motorsports will follow all provincial and federal public health mandates at the time of the event.

Ticket Usage Terms and Conditions Agreement

Prohibited items at the Event and Venue include, but are not limited to:

  • Weapons of any kind (includes knives, staffs/bats, bows, guns, hammers, axes);
  • Motorized vehicles of any kind.
  • Drones
  • Skateboards, roller blades, scooters, carts or personalized motorized vehicles (except wheelchairs);
  • Illegal substances or drug paraphernalia;
  • Cannabis
  • Alcohol cannot be brought into the main entertainment area. Alcohol purchased inside the venue must be consumed within the festival gates;
  • Pets (except service dogs);
  • Over-sized beach/golf umbrellas;
  • Hard-sided coolers and suitcases; any personal bag larger than 12” x 12” x 6”. Diaper bags and bags specifically required for medical purposes will be allowed;
  • Glass containers;
  • Unauthorized vending, soliciting, sampling, of any sort;
  • Professional video / photography equipment, including audio recording devices;
  • Colours, symbols, or other gang-related paraphernalia;
  • Fireworks;
  • Sports equipment – beach balls, volleyballs, soccer balls, footballs, baseballs;
  • Megaphones, air horns, vuvuzelas, and other noisemaker devices;
  • Non-collapsible chairs;
  • Open flames (includes tea lights, fireworks, flares, fire toys, etc.). Cigarette lighters are permissible;
  • Noxious substances (fuel, etc.) causing illness or reaction;
  • Other house policies as communicated by the Event prior to event date.

Neither the Event nor the Venue is responsible for invalidated tickets due to violation of house policies, user damage, or unauthorized distribution.

Ticket is invalid if the barcode is duplicated or tampered with.

Admission is subject to compliance with applicable laws, by-laws, regulations and facility rules (the “Rules”) pertaining to (the “Issuer”), Calabogie Motorsports Park (the “Venue”), the Township of Madawaska, Province of Ontario and Canadian federal regulations.

Holder consents to a reasonable examination of his/her person and property to ensure compliance with the Rules. Calabogie Motorsports Park reserves the right to inspect patron belongings and confiscate prohibited items without recompense.

Proof of age may be requested at the gate prior to entry. The festival reserves the right to refuse admission if there is any doubt that the ticket holder does not meet the age requirement of the pass type purchased.

SMOKING POLICY

  • Smoking is permitted in designated smoking areas located in camping and entertainment areas. 
  • Tobacco and cannabis products are permitted (see cannabis rules below)
  • Vapes and E-cigarettes are only permitted in the designated smoking area. 
  • All smoking waste must be properly disposed of in the smoking area. Please help us protect against wildfires.

CANNABIS RULES  

  • You are able to have a maximum of 30 grams for personal use only
  • Guests must be at least 19 years of age to possess and use cannabis
  • Must be in sealed, unopened packaging
  • Must have been bought legally and from official government of Canada licensed sources
  • Homemade, unidentified materials in nonofficial packaging will not be allowed
  • Packaging must have the THC official Canada symbol (see below)
  • Guests should make security aware of their personal amounts of cannabis on arrival at the festival
  • You may not sell cannabis; this is for your personal consumption only. Guests found selling any prohibited item will be removed by security from the festival and the festival site
  • Anyone overusing and intoxicated by cannabis or any other intoxicant will be removed by security
  • Guests may consume cannabis only in the official designated smoking areas; please check the map or ask security for details
