The Ontario Time Attack Championship returns to Calabogie Motorsports Park for a full day of high-performance competition where drivers push themselves and their cars to the absolute limit.
Unlike traditional wheel-to-wheel racing, Time Attack is a race against the clock. Drivers compete to set the fastest lap possible, refining their lines, braking points, and throttle control in pursuit of the perfect lap.
Ontario Time Attack is one of the most accessible forms of grassroots motorsport in Ontario. The championship welcomes a wide range of vehiclesāfrom lightly modified street cars to fully built race machinesāall competing within structured classes.
Drivers participate in multiple lapping sessions throughout the day before heading into timed competition runs where every fraction of a second matters.
A typical Ontario Time Attack event includes:
Morning lapping sessions to learn the track and refine setups
Afternoon timed sessions where competitors chase their fastest lap
Multiple vehicle classes for fair competition
Awards for class winners and overall fastest drivers
Each event contributes points toward the season championship, rewarding consistency and performance across the entire season.
Fans can enjoy the action from various viewing points around the circuit while watching drivers push their machines to the limit on Canadaās longest road course. The paddock area also offers a great opportunity to see the cars up close and meet the drivers and teams competing in the series.
