“Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations Outside of 5 Days Before the Event
   • Eligible for a full refund.
2. Cancellations 2–5 Days Before the Event
   • Refund available, minus a $150 administration fee.
   • If a coach was booked, their fees are non-refundable.
3. Cancellations Within 48 Hours of the Event
   • No refunds.
   • Date transfers are allowed with a $100 administration fee.
   • If a coach was booked, their fees are non-refundable.”
