Novice day 06/14/2025

On June 14th, 2025, Calabogie Motorsports Park hosted another successful Novice Day, giving new drivers a chance to experience the track in a safe and structured format.

The weather cooperated, and throughout the day we saw a steady flow of excited first-time participants getting behind the wheel. Each driver was given 30 minutes of dedicated track time on the Stadium Track, following a lead car in small groups with a coach setting the pace and guiding the session.

Before heading out, drivers took part in a classroom session focused on safety, driving basics, and track etiquette. The combination of in-class instruction and real-time coaching helped drivers feel comfortable and confident as they got up to speed.

Participants had the option to bring their own cars or book one of our track-prepped rental vehicles. Helmets were available on-site for those who didn’t bring their own, and spectators were welcome to watch from designated areas.

This program is designed for drivers with little to no track experience and offers a great introduction to high-performance driving without the pressure of competition.

If you missed this Novice Day, don’t miss the next one.
Spots are limited for September 21 — register now to secure your place on track.
