The first weekend of May, Calabogie Motorsports Park welcomed the Perry Auto Lapping & Race School – a program built to help drivers safely elevate their performance, whether they’re first-time track enthusiasts or racers fine-tuning their craft.
Participants started with a mix of classroom instruction and guided on-track sessions. The school focused on racecraft, track awareness, and car control – building the foundation for safe and confident performance driving. From proper braking zones to understanding racing lines and smooth throttle input, each student left with stronger skills and more trust in their vehicle.
The paddock was buzzing with a great mix of vehicles – from street-tuned builds to full race cars – and the day wrapped with lapping sessions that let everyone put their learning into action.
