Welcome to Calabogie Motorsports Park. By accessing our website, purchasing our services, registering for an event, or opting into our communications, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting our website or participating in any events at Calabogie Motorsports Park (located at 462 Wilson Farm Rd, Calabogie, ON), you agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Rules & Regulations. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions, you may not access our services.
2. SMS/Text Messaging Terms & Conditions
To provide timely updates and customer service, Calabogie Motorsports Park offers SMS/text messaging communications. By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive text messages from us.
Opt-In: By supplying your phone number upon registration, checkout, or through our contact forms, you agree to receive text messages from Calabogie Motorsports Park regarding your event registration, track updates, promotions, and customer support.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and upcoming events you are registered for.
Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to our main business number. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
Assistance: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@calabogiemotorsports.com or by calling (613) 752-1252.
Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3. Event Registration and Facility Rules
All participants and guests must adhere to the rules of Calabogie Motorsports Park:
Registration & Waivers: Online pre-registration and a pre-signed “Release of Liability Waiver” are mandatory prior to arriving at the track. No paper waivers are provided at the gate.
Track Rules: Strict guidelines govern track use, including mandatory sound testing, a strict 20 km/h paddock speed limit, and vehicle restrictions (e.g., fully electric vehicles are not permitted on the track).
Code of Conduct: Pets and drones are strictly prohibited at the facility. We reserve the right to remove anyone from the park who violates safety procedures, causes a disturbance, or fails to follow staff instructions.

4. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
All transactions are processed securely. Tokenized payment information is handled directly by our financial institution.
Our standard cancellation terms are as follows:
Outside of 5 Days: Eligible for a full refund.
2–5 Days Before Event: Refundable minus a $150 administration fee.
Within 48 Hours: No refunds. Date transfers are allowed subject to a $100 administration fee.

5. Privacy and Data Security
Your submission of personal information through the store or event registration is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. For SMS messaging specifically, mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability
Motorsports are inherently dangerous. By participating in or attending any event at Calabogie Motorsports Park, you voluntarily assume all risks of injury, property damage, or loss. Calabogie Motorsports Park, its owners, operators, and staff shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the facility or participation in events, except where restricted by law.
